When it comes to your toilet, there are only two things that should be flushed down, toilet paper and waste. Anything else should be disposed of in a garbage container. The reason it is ok to flush toilet paper down the toilet is that it is specifically produced in such a way so that it breaks apart after a short period of time in the water. This prevents it from getting stuck on the way down and creating clogs.
If you want to avoid expensive plumber bills and flooding problems in your home, you should just keep what you flush down the toilet to a minimum.
